The EGR inlet thread is not standard for the EGR pipe (if the original can still be used). The threads on the EGR at the other end are rougher. I haven't found anything suitable. Oooh, I drilled out the center of the connector on the new header and welded the old pipe to it. But with all the bends, the pipe won't screw in. I cut the tube in two and solder in a copper connector that twists to tighten. So I attached the new manifold to the head, connected the end of the EGR to the intake and connected it to my new fitting. A little pain, but a smooth solution. I added a faux weld to give the seams more support and may need to add some more to make the gaps airtight. It works out.
