As someone who is relatively new to the world of shopping for clothing and accessories online, I was thrilled to learn about LETODE and their large selection of apparel, footwear, and jewelry. On the other hand, my encounters with this company have, to put it mildly, not lived up to my expectations. To begin, the quality of the things that were sent to me was below average. The shoes were uncomfortable and started falling apart after only a few uses, and the apparel appeared to be of low quality and bad construction. Even the jewelry, which appeared to be of high quality when viewed on the website, turned out to be thin and easily damaged. To make matters even worse, the customer care offered by LETODE was absolutely ineffective. After making several attempts to return the things, I was faced with representatives who were unresponsive and difficult. The process of getting a refund took several weeks, and when it finally came through, it was only a partial reimbursement. In addition to that, using their website was a difficult and tedious process. It was difficult for me to find the things that I was looking for, and the procedure of checking out was bewildering and took a lot of time. In general, LETODE is not a retailer that I would recommend to anyone searching for fashion items of high quality and excellent customer care. However alluring their collection may appear to be, the inevitable letdown is not worth taking the chance of experiencing. As someone who is just starting out in this industry, one of the most important lessons I've had to learn is that not all internet retailers are created equal.
