Nice grips that are very easy to assemble and the angle can be adjusted with a hex tool. I agreed with the sizing suggestion from other reviews and ordered one size which ran small (which is what I wanted). Small is ideal for small women's hands and large children. The winged shape definitely helps keep my wrists from falling off. My hands are still numb, but my wrists feel a lot better than with standard grips. My only complaint is the surface, without gloves it's quite uncomfortable due to the pattern on it. I would prefer a flat surface but I understand not everyone likes it. I didn't want to use flat or foam grips because I ride my bike and sometimes my dog likes to bump into me in the bushes so firmer grips are required. However, the grooves help keep sweat off the grips. I've also had a couple of falls on tarmac and you don't even notice it. The same goes for my Ergon seat. 10/10 great company and fantastic products.
