Update: The cord trim has fallen off and now the foam crown is sticking out like a muffin top. It's cheap enough; I might order more, but not if I find a flat-nosed trucker somewhere else. First Review: This review is for the flat-billed Dalix only. My hat size is only a 7 1/4 but I'm on the last three snaps on the clasp. I think Dalix may have just sewn a flat brim onto his usual curved brim hat pattern, but unless the rest of the hat is modified for a flat brim there will be more fabric in the crown and the hat will stick out uncomfortably. Outside. Once I bend the bill a bit it fits better, but I bought it because it was a "flat bill". Otto does it better with its mid-profile trucker, which is still slightly curved but also fits larger heads. Otto also offers a real flat bill, which I haven't tried yet. Your choice may depend on how big your head is, what brand is the color you want, and whether or not you want a really flat beak.
