This clip will do it.

These clamps hold the pipe fairly well without scratching or being too far from the brackets. The tube only needs to be bent 1/8" (tube has over 8 feet of free play) to fully enter the clamp, and the plastic rubber grips prevent the tube from twisting or snapping while the trains are moving. to get your own screws as they come without them.
