Review on Activate Health by Matt Simpsons

The team was very approachable when I first started working there but as my responsibilities grew they became more distant from me which made things difficult for us to communicate effectively about projects/ideas etc. It's also hard now because so much has changed since then! As part-time employees (we were full timers) - if anyone wasn't available / open minded enough around certain topics during meetings it would be easy to feel excluded even though those ideas weren't necessarily bad ones per se. The team was very engaged from start-to-finish! They were always accessible via email/phone call as well during meetings (which I appreciated). There wasn't anything about them personally - but they are genuinely nice guys which made working together great!!
