Great replacement part for a 2005 G35. As others have pointed out, one end requires a STRETCH across the tube/pipe. I would advise you to use the end of the airbox for this, not the throttle body. I soaked the stretched end in hot water for a few minutes which made it more flexible. It's a tedious job overall, but it's more of an Infiniti design issue. The exchange took me about 30 minutes. Another hint. Unless you have an air system, why not replace the air filter? Good luck and have fun.
