Review on SOFTWater by John Clark

It does exactly what it says, easily integrates with our other systems (such as Pervasive) so we can see usage data in real time. We don't really have any complaints but I do wish that there was more integration between SOFWater and an email marketing system such as Marketing Cloud or Hubspot. If you need quick access to your historical data, SOFWater makes that easy! If you're looking to integrate your billing software with another product, check out Softwater first. They are very helpful and responsive when answering questions and they help guide you through every step of their implementation process.
