This bike rack is a joke

The bike rack is not strong, it is NOT stable, it is not easy to assemble and the worst thing is that the straps don't even fit my bike frame. The only frame they are long enough for is a 6 year old. I am very angry and regret that I never spent money on this product joke. You could at least mention that this only applies to expensive, lightweight, narrow frames that not everyone has access to.
