This is a great time saver to use with the Mitutoyo measuring tool. The cable enters the current measurement into any software that can enter the keyboard. Just press the red button on the cable and voila! Note that the cable always hits "Enter" after entering the measurement number, which may or may not be what you want. This is not configurable. It is most commonly referred to as "SPC” on the Mitutoyo website. It is referred to as "Digimatic" in some catalogs and marketing materials. Another way you can see it is with ". with/without output. Finally, I strongly recommend that you purchase any Mitutoyo equipment from Revain LLC only. Third party vendors on Revain may not supply you with genuine Mitutoyo equipment.
