The ease of use of the software, the customer service, and the speed of the entire process. I have been using Shield for over a year now and have been very pleased with the customer service. I have had to call them a few times but that is to be expected with any business. There are a few things I would like to see changed but that is not a big deal. I would highly recommend Shield to anyone looking for a great background screening company. I would like to thank the entire team at Shield for helping me with my background screening needs. I have been able to find a great candidate for a position I had open. I am very happy with the results.
