Review on Zynstra Retail Edge Software Suite by Richard Counts
Very useful e-commerce app especially when managing your product stock
I love that it's so easy for employees who are not tech savvy at all, they can get up and running quickly with minimal training required! It has been very user friendly as well - no need of any technical support or IT help is needed while using this software.
No customization options available - you have only one choice i am afraid, which may be fine if you don't want too many choices but then how will people choose? If there was an option allowing customers/clients to customize their products like different sizes etc., things would become clear & more manageable (easier)I think some features could've also improved such as "order tracking", better shipping management feature & other enhancements should come into consideration. We used zyngsta retail edge to manage our website and inventory system. This helped us decrease order fulfillment time by 30% without hiring additional personnel.
