It is very easy for our store management team! They love this system, they are able to run reports from anywhere with internet or their phone without having techs come into stores multiple times throughout shift. My biggest issue was lack of proper training when I started (I had worked at other companies but never retail). I love that it's so easy for employees who are not tech savvy at all, they can get up and running quickly with minimal training required! It has been very user friendly as well - no need of any technical support or IT help is needed while using this software. No customization options available - you have only one choice i am afraid, which may be fine if you don't want too many choices but then how will people choose? If there was an option allowing customers/clients to customize their products
