Review on Zynstra Retail Edge Software Suite by Demarco Vonk

It is very easy for our store management team! They love this system, they are able to run reports from anywhere with internet or their phone without having techs come into stores multiple times throughout shift. My biggest issue was lack of proper training when I started (I had worked at other companies but never retail). With that said, my manager offered her time any way she could help us get comfortable so we can become more efficient & effective while working together as an organization towards achieving goals set forth by HR leadership teams across all departments. We have improved efficiency overall while also decreasing costs within department budgets due to streamlined workflow processes and reporting capabilities which helps us reach quarterly profit targets each month. I like that there are many different applications within this system. This allows for multiple ways of tracking inventory and sales. It also has some great reporting features too! I dislike that it is not as easy to use as other systems out there. There are some things that are easier to do with other programs, but you can get used to it. If you have many employees and/or stores, this program will help keep all those records organized and easily accessible.
