I opened the box - a dead monitor. Contacted Scepter, they asked if I tried unplugging and plugging it back in for a while. I told them I tried every step on their website, they rudely told me to go through Revain. Revain returned all the money without any problems and solved all the problems I had. 100% for helping Revain. Scepter 0% help.
