I like how easy it is for users who do not have advanced programming skills (such as myself) to create forms using simple drag & drop tools without having to learn any code or other software! The customer service team has been great at helping me solve minor issues when needed.

Submitting forms can be daunting if one does not know what they're doing so this tool helps make things easier. It's helped us streamline our processes by allowing customers to use their own devices/browsers instead of requiring them to log into an external website which was very cumbersome.
