Was a 5 star cable while it worked, but just a few months later it went out without touching some devices and made data transfer just impossible. Also never abused. If you saw the cable you would think it was new. So I'm not sure what happened here. Maybe I was just unlucky.* Edit Support contacted me and sent me a new cable quickly and free of charge. I will be changing my rating to 4 stars due to the excellent customer service Mary has provided. If the new cable lasts a few months I will update the rating to 5 stars but if it fails again I will update you all with an updated 1 star rating. Fingers crossed for that!
