The unit worked great until it broke. I bought this device in November 2019. When I was scanning the original sensors on a 2013 Chevy Silverado to determine which sensor was faulty, the unit suddenly turned off and I couldn't turn it back on. The scanner battery was fully charged. The same thing happened to an Autel TS601 (purchased in 2014) that I owned while scanning OEM sensors on another GM vehicle, but I thought it was an accident and the TS601 was out of warranty. Now that this Autel TS401 is still under warranty I have to ship it to China under warranty and wait a few months to even ship it (due to the pandemic). While I certainly understand that there is a pandemic, the device I purchased was not shipped to me from China, so I don't expect to have to ship it to China and wait for months. Perhaps I am unreasonable in my expectations. I would not advise any professional tire changer to purchase Autel equipment based on past experience. It seems to me that this is a design flaw or the scanner contains inferior components. Something seems to have overheated and burned out when tripping/scanning old OEM TPMs sensors with dead batteries as both of my Autel units have failed under the same circumstances on two different GM vehicles about a year apart. But I'm no electronics expert, so take this uneducated opinion with a grain of salt
