I love this dustpan and the self-packing dustpan. No problem.
Love this shovel and bag. I don't understand how it was possible to tear the bags. They open easily. As for pee that's too big, I just take the end of the scoop and break it in half. Luckily, I was able to easily pick up all the debris, even small clumps. The packs are quite expensive, but I found disposable diaper scent packs (99 cents at the store), 45 packs. I try to clean the pot daily so there isn't too much poo.
