I was looking for a cast iron pan for the BBQ. I often cook ribeye steaks in a cast iron skillet in the winter and decided to grill something similar at other times of the year. This cast iron baking pan, as they call it, worked great on my Weber charcoal grill, allowing me to lightly sear steaks without the lid and then finish cooking them to my desired temperature with the lid on. As with any cast iron product, surface cleanliness is key to efficient use and cleaning.
