is a quality OEM part. Fits perfectly but slips around a bit. I had a back end loaded with soccer gear, chairs etc and now that the season is over I dumped the MDX and pulled out the mat and turned it over, all the dirt and turf came out, I shook it out and laid it him back clean . . The only problem I have is that it slips a little, besides being perfect. it costs a little more than buying a cheap one, but it's the same as Weathertech and says MDX, so it will do.
