I sold an old bike here with a broken rear brake cable in the center link. I had a bit of a problem deciding where the main cable should go through the connection point as it is different from the original (and front). I also believe there is a way to cut the extra cord so it doesn't get tangled. how it was for me Maybe tape the area and cut the tape? However, I couldn't attach the small end, so all I had to do was wrap tape around it. A quick guide will help those of us who are not experienced bike mechanics. But it seems to be working fine so hopefully I can sell the bike now.
