Bought in an open box last year. I received everything that was on the packing list with little to no damage in transit. This was for my boat, I've had Pyle products in the past with no problems. I haven't had time to install this unit until recently, can't get the power supply to work, I've installed some stereo and built and tuned speaker cabinets. I tried alternative inputs and checked the voltage at the power supply. It was my fault for not installing and testing the unit sooner, but again I had a feeling the product would be fine. I read the reviews on this device and realized that I wasn't the only customer who couldn't get the device to work. There was a comment on a review from a Pyle staff member offering help, I emailed that person and got no response.
