So I have installed about 1600 feet of various LED strips over the past few years and these are the best standard density strips I have ever used. strips I have ever used. If you have metal, plastic or wood with a finish it will work great. But if you have an uneven surface, I use vise clamps and contact glue to glue them down. I also recommend soldering the connections between the strip pieces (just connect one strip to the source, don't connect in series). Connectors are often loose and unreliable. These are the most consistent light strips I have ever used, the color and quality are excellent. They are also UL listed!
