My roof is brown, my house is tan. And the finish is off-white. Door? you guessed Beige. My house has a shed and because of the shed and the shadow from the street you can't even see the front door. I've been wondering how to beautify my attractiveness for six years. After watching the HGTV marathons, I decided that a bright new front door color would add to the less appeal. I was right! I went to Revain to research exterior door paint. The price put me off a bit as it was over $40 for just 1 liter, with the front door in a bright new color which would have made a world of difference to the Frontier's appeal. I was right! But I read the reviews and since it was such a small area that I would only have to buy one I thought I'd give it a try. I gave the front door two coats of paint inside and out, but I didn't even use a third of the can. I could easily delete at least two more doors. As for containing the appeal? Vause! I already had neighbors who complemented it. It looks fantastic. Just in case, I ran across the street to my mailbox and checked out my house. I was amazed by the beautiful amazing color looking into my face which I could clearly see across the street. To be honest, I'm absolutely amazed at how much better the whole house looks for just a $40 can of paint and an hour of my time. This color is impressive! It darkened at first, but when it dried the result was this fantastic color. The color is called calm, and this is most suitable. My friends said it was a "nice happy" color. I would have to agree! Attached are photos of my house before I painted the door pale beige and after. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself. If you're tired of looking at your boring, gaudy front door and want me to spice up your home, neighborhood, and life a bit, then do yourself a favor and paint this front door a beautiful color! You're worth it. I mean, why bother when you were born to be noticed?
