Review on Cook Pro 561 4 Piece Roasting by Ken Beasom

First of all, these are good pans. They look good but for the price I would buy them again. However, I have some complaints. First, they are thinner than in the photo. The ones I have are a bit rocky when empty, but once you put some weight in them and add heat to the oven they flatten out. They are beautiful and can be served straight from the pan. My biggest complaint is with the side handles. Great idea and if properly designed or redesigned it would be a huge improvement. My issue is that they are too close to the surface and almost impossible to grab when wearing an oven mitt. I would recommend using these new thermal gloves with some sort of rubber to help you get your grip out of the pot. Forget it with the standard gloves most people have. Would I buy again? For the price yes.
