September 12th - Updated Review: Unfortunately the dispensing valve no longer works. When inserting a new cartridge, all gas is released through the pressure relief valve. It no longer holds enough pressure to brew nitro coffee or even dispense flat coffee. First review: I bought a 64 ounce coffee maker. I've used it alone with nitro coffee 3 times and it's made 3 batches of great nitro coffee. I'm about to order n2o and I'm dying to try a few batches with it. The basic cold drink recipe they offer is a good place to start. I like my coffee a little stronger and am still working on creating a recipe that I like. When using N and N2O, different recipes are likely to be required for each type of gas. It's easy to clean. I've used Powered Brewers Wash (PBW) on mine, but I also brew beer and use PBW to clean large kegs. It works great for cleaning. A smaller keg is also easier to manage when cleaning. My only regret so far is not buying a 128oz keg, but it's 100% my fault. Seems like it would be nice to have a few anyway, so I'm sure I'll be buying more in the near future.
