I've been using Pitaka products for about 2 years now, including their magnetic Qi iPhone cases and magnetic car chargers. professional and polite in finding a solution for me to get a last minute replacement. Let me tell you that when you open the packaging (see photos) you feel like opening a box designed by Apple ;-) . not that it indicates the quality of the product, but in my opinion it shows a great commitment to quality and overall improvement. The charger itself, as well as the cable, appear to be significantly more reliable than any previous version. The advanced magnets ensure my iPhone XSmax is held very firmly without fear of it falling out of the charger. I'm so glad I (and my whole family) found Pitaka products. We all use them and all cars are now equipped with a Qi magnetic charger. That makes life a lot easier. :-)
