I love how simple it is to set up and configure for your business needs. The reporting is amazing from both our end user perspective and our IT department as well. There are many different ways to customize what you need to get the most out of your solution. Their documentation can be hard to find sometimes, but if you have some past experience with cloud solutions this shouldn't be too difficult. Our team has been able to use Search Unify at our office while working remotely, which allows us to keep all of our files in one folder and easily share them amongst each other. All of our team members can see everything that we are doing in our day to day tasks.
