Great tool for anyone to use and especially valuable customer service

I like how it pulls up related articles from different websites into one place instead of having separate tabs or windows about topics that may not need so much research/work done before viewing them (such as recipes). Some time has passed since we implemented this feature but our staff have been very happy! Our customers are able get all answers they can think off at once - no more searching through various website trying find something specific while waiting minutes just hoping someone picks

SearchUnify - Great Product For Remote Teams

I love how simple it is to set up and configure for your business needs. The reporting is amazing from both our end user perspective and our IT department as well. There are many different ways to customize what you need to get the most out of your solution. Their documentation can be hard to find sometimes, but if you have some past experience with cloud solutions this shouldn't be too difficult. Very good file management system: SearchUnify

My favorite part of this software was that it allowed me to create subcategories & tags within my folders - which made searching so much easier! I didn't like how there were some times when searching would not work properly, but that's probably just because of our network configuration. If your organization has a lot of files then this will be very helpful. We used this tool to organize all of our internal documents as well as those received from customers.
