I saw reviews about weighting products and wasn't sure if I thought they would help you get a good night's sleep but I decided to give it a go try because it was a big sale. I used to use a blanket to keep warm at night, but I was usually hot and cold so I didn't sleep much, moving the blanket around and putting it on to regulate the temperature. I've used this duvet and it really helped, not only did I sleep better at night but it didn't get too hot which I'm sure helped too. The only downside is that it's not big enough for two people, so I ended up buying another brand that was slightly larger. I think the quality is better but I really wanted a bigger duvet for my double bed. I definitely recommend this product.
