I was so excited about this fold out tent and thought it would be perfect for my 2 year old's birthday party. I know it's for older kids but I thought hey he can handle it. I'm glad I didn't wait for him to grow up because the entrances were so small! It barely fit, his 4 year old sister was able to get in somehow and I couldn't get in which was a problem as you had to crawl in to get the vertical bars to stand up, place the bars correctly by securing them in the pockets tie up and down with small ribbons. I couldn't even hunch my shoulders to pitch the tent, it became a struggle to pitch - very annoying. All of this could be tolerated in the name of fun - little ones need a place where grown-ups can't yet - but the quality of the materials couldn't stand it. I admit my kids can be very rough with things but this tent very quickly refused to move with creases and dents, within a few weeks the poles were even more of a problem than just loosening, the poles weren't just tearing pockets, but also the floor of the tent itself. The tent lasted only a few months by overly generous standards, and was therefore largely a waste of money and effort.
