This connector is suitable for many models of Mopar, truck, car, etc. Mine was for a '77 Plymouth that someone glued together. It also fits my '89 Dodge Diplomat and is the exact same part. Dorman makes all kinds of now obsolete parts for old cars. I also noticed that another website sells "a" fork for $20, here $3 or $3 for $10 depending on the part number.
