Bad heating - aquarium heaters and coolers

Second heating in 4 months. Now I can't go back, the heating never went bad. He's had heaters for years. Thanks but no. Lost 2 big fish last time. I'm waiting for a new heater. Start another company. Knowing what to rely on 👎
