Most disappointing about this review is the manufacturer's reference to hot and cold water faucets being mixed up during installation. This was an easy fix in this particular setup, but it had to be done at source as the mains were unavailable. This can cause a bigger problem for the DIYer! We also found it necessary to purchase a separate matching 3" vent pipe to complete the installation and give it a more matching look. A few more fittings/options (included) will definitely improve the flexibility of this product during installation. The rain shower head is soft and comfortable. It covers a person's entire body when standing directly beneath it. The spray/shower wand is a fantastic option. The direct jet has a very impressive pressure and the fan jet is ideal for direct body washing. The only disappointment was the length of the hose. Optional hose lengths from 6" to 12" make this product ideal for any installation.
