I have a stereo in my garage and I added it to hang on the rafters. They work great. My garage is often used for storage. Sanding, painting, etc. In the winter it only gets hot when I work there and have my propane heater on, so the temp goes from zero to 65 and back fairly regularly. It gets pretty hot in the summer. I needed something that could handle it. The sound is good. These are not very high quality speakers, but they are sufficient for a garage. Lots of bass. The overall frequency response is really good. Big volume. I can hear it through the noise of my grinders and it's not a problem.
