Excellent cable assembly for narrow gaps in your body
I bought this cable assembly for my dual band mobile ham radio installed in my Ram 1500 pickup truck. The antenna is mounted with a fender mount, at I need to run a wire in the gap between the hood and the front fender. Although my original cable wasn't very thick, after a short time the coax cable was damaged and my radio worked extremely poorly as a result. This cable assembly solved the problem. The end of the cable is much thinner and fits easily between body panels and door seals without pinching. I'm not sure why all cables aren't built that way.
