Works as it is but needs improvement.
Waterproof. It's decent. My hat got wet somewhere, so I suspect there may be a leak in the hood seam. I have a lot of moisture inside. The improvement I recommend is simple. Posted a photo of the bag. It is flat and also when empty. But even when fastened something gapes in it. I recommend increasing the pocket size to 6" x 8". The locking flap should be extended 2-3 inches lower.
