After a 5 minute install I was unable to let the gas through and get to the carburetor. I installed it exactly as I took it off and both mounting bolts ended up right where the old fuel pump was. After losing my hair from frantically pulling it out, I finally found that the entrance and exit had been reversed. In other words, entering through the front door and exiting through the back door works best. As seen in the photo, I had to replace the hose to the carburetor with a longer one in order to install the fuel pump where it was supposed to be installed. In short, pay attention to the arrows, they point from your gas tank to the carburetor. After all. easy installation.
