I was a bit nervous about buying these as cheap parts for high end devices are often junk. However, I've been using one of these bits for a few months now and it's perfect. It takes a little longer to reach temperature (presumably it contains more metal), but it wets it just as well as the Hakko, cleans up just as easily and shows no signs of breakage or other problems. I am very happy with it.
