Good blade, short lived

Blades actually offer a better shave than other brands where the blade is a thicker medal (less stabbing and less stabbing) but they don't last as long as advertised. I have a very thick beard so I started using safety razors. Out of curiosity, I tried different brands of blades with my Rockwell razor. Most other brands have lasted longer than these, but I've returned to them because I get almost no razor burn and get the smoothest shave. I shave about 2 times with each blade so I just bought a 100 pack instead.
