They didn't suit me

I really wanted to like these razor blades because I love my Rockwell 6S razor. I bought these blades to stay away from Gillette Astras, Gillette Astras are good blades. But Gillette doesn't want my toxic manhood, so I don't need Astras anymore. I tried 2 Rockwell blades but they weren't sharp enough for me. I have to make too many passes to get a close shave so I have a Feather blade and what a difference. So I guess I'll give Rockwell the rest of my blades and stay away from Gillette Astras…

Pros
  • Best in their niche
Cons
  • Modern

Tried dozens of blades, nothing compares. In my Rockwell 6s, with Taylor Oob's Jerimne Street Soap. I get the most comfortable shave ever. These SHARP blades grab hair first time, fewer passes equal comfort. No cuts or irritation. Too bad I didn't find these blades 35 years ago.

Pros
  • I'm looking forward to it
Cons
  • It's hard to remember but it was

Silky Smooth – Razors & Blades

I'll start by saying I have a rough, rough beard. So hard I could probably get the paint off by rubbing my face on something. If I'm lucky, I usually shave with a blade. Sometimes I need a second blade to finish. Not so with these. I've only shaved with it once so far, but the end of the shave was as silky smooth as the beginning, no nicks or cuts. While I may not get the full 5 shaves per blade as stated on the packaging, I believe I will get at least 3. I would highly recommend these blades…

Great DE blade at Razors & Blades

Used in my Rockwell 6C with fantastic results. It's as sharp as my razor, and I get a week more out of each DE blade (I often switch the side of the razor I use when shaving to keep the wear even).

  • Always liked

Poor Quality - Men's

I've been shaving with DE blades for 25 years and mostly use Mercur blades, but I'll try something new when I get the chance. I'm sorry to say those Rockwell blades were a waste of money. They are very fickle, perhaps one in five has a blade sharp enough for a shave. I cut myself almost every time, and not because they're too sharp, but vice versa. I have found some decent cheap brands like Gillette but these Rockwell blades are very low quality and not worth buying. Mercurys are very expensive

Good blade, short lived

Blades actually offer a better shave than other brands where the blade is a thicker medal (less stabbing and less stabbing) but they don't last as long as advertised. I have a very thick beard so I started using safety razors. Out of curiosity, I tried different brands of blades with my Rockwell razor. Most other brands have lasted longer than these, but I've returned to them because I get almost no razor burn and get the smoothest shave. I shave about 2 times with each blade so I just bought a

Best DE Razor Blades for $

I've been using Feather blades for over a decade now. I have found the best blade! At least for me. 100% Swedish made Rockwell stainless steel blades are much better for wet shaving. Rockwell blades are thicker, will not rust and can be used for up to a month if desired. I find Feather blades sharper and much thinner, thick or thin, I shave closer with Rockwell in each of my razors; Merkur, Feather, Rockwell 6S etc. I bought the Feather 100/200 kit and shaved once or twice a week. I threw away…

Pros
  • There's something to it

  • Minor issues
