Pad holder is not teething puppy proof. Bought this so my Pomeranian puppy would stop chewing his puppy pads. Took him about 2 minutes to pop one of the handles and drag part of the puppy pad out of the holder. A few hours later it took him less than 10 minutes to chew a big chunk off the side of the holder. The holder might work if your dog/puppy isn’t a chewer, or isn’t all that interested in getting at the pads, otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend. Also, decorative ridges along the edge are not easy to clean (poop). Owned this for about 2 hours. It’s in the trash, now.
