my dog hates this--will not even walk onto it. I got tied of her missing pee pads 50% of the time and thought this might help her aim or from urine leak on the floor but she hates it so much she won't even walk onto it. In fairness to the product, my dog is a 8 year old very stubborn dachshund. May have worked if i introduced it to her as a puppy but I guess you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Return Shipping is more than the product so I guess I'm stuck with it.

I had so many problems with my puppy peeing off the pad. Making a mess everywhere. Constantly cleaning. This Gave her a border so she wasn’t peeing off the pad. At first she was afraid of it because it made a noise when she would step on it. I read someone else’s review about encouraging them with treats to stand on it to get used to noise and feel. I purchased this for my 3 month old Yorkie. I have been having to duct tape the pee pads to the floor because she was shredding them during the day. So, I thought an answer to my problem. Well I have used this 3 days, and have come home everyday to an even bigger mess. She hates this holder. She takes the pad off, chews on the holder and is now peeing on the floor beside the pee pad holder. So, I am back to duct taping the pee pads to the floor and coming home to only partially shredded pee…

This pee pad holder appears sturdy which is why I gave it stars. But after 2 days, I picked up to return as my puppy only sat on it without using once. Takes up a lot of room in his enclosure.

So small bought the size for the pee pad I had and still had to fold it up. Now all my dog does is chew on the plastic n now the lock to lock it in place is broke lol . didn't help unfortunately. save your 20 some bucks

The pad holder is nice to have when you have a puppy. They can't take off with the pad in their mouth. Does not prevent the pee pad from slipping out of place!

Great product. The pads we are currently using, (22x22), fit perfectly. The only thing I can see that could be improved is the height. We have small dogs and the overall height is a bit of a deterrent for them. I'm sure eventually they will get used to it.

Great product! My 4 month old puppy likes to grab her pads and run through the house with them. Now it stays in place and she had no problem using it. My pee pads fit in it perfectly!

I have an elderly Pom and she was having issues hitting the middle of her pads. All I had to do was put a pad in the holder put her in the middle of it and boom been using it every since. I don’t even have to clamp it. Am very happy with my purchase and appreciate it! Thank you :-)

These are nice I ordered two. They are a bit large for the 21x21 pads and my dogs remove the pad fairy easlily. I placed another pad a bit larger 23x23 and they are not able to move it.Edit: I want to try a 24x24 pad and see if that works even better. I think that might be the best size to use.

Pad holder is not teething puppy proof. Bought this so my Pomeranian puppy would stop chewing his puppy pads. Took him about 2 minutes to pop one of the handles and drag part of the puppy pad out of the holder. A few hours later it took him less than 10 minutes to chew a big chunk off the side of the holder. The holder might work if your dog/puppy isn’t a chewer, or isn’t all that interested in getting at the pads, otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend. Also, decorative ridges along the edge are not…

Well-made! Works great! Took a few days for my Yorkies to accept the change, but stopped the problem of missing the pad. Could not be more pleased with the outcome!

We are looking to train our dog at home ourselves, and it is the small detail items like the product above that helps out. With this device retaining the pad, our puppy is not able to rip up the pad or drag it around the house. Very happy to have the right tool for the job.

I like the raised ridge-- definitely helps prevent accidents. It easily holds 3 pads at a time securely, which is easy for a quick change. I haven't had any problems with leakage. Good purchase.

I like this product so much I bought an additional one. Dog pad stays in place and solves the problem of dog picking up pamper. No urine outside of the pad frame, dog learned he has to do everything inside the frame. Durable plastic, highly recommended.

Great for its purpose, however, doesn’t accommodate too many size pads. Unfortunately, my puppy chews his pads so I had to get a different holder with a plastic crate on top so my puppy couldn’t get at it.

I got this because I bought another (cheaper) alternative and the pads were shredded within the hour. This holder has the corners of the pad covered and that was the saving grace. Worth the extra money because you aren’t wasting money on puppy pads that are shredded before they are even used.If your puppy is still set on shredding, make sure to add lots of toys on a rotation (never the same toys everyday) and it helps a lot. Once I did that and changed the holder, no shredded puppy pads!

Overall it does the job my dog knows to step up to pee vs the floor but my little guy (8-10lbs) had no issue pulling the pads up so I had to purchase a different set up so he couldn’t pull the pad and eat it.
