Review on Muzata Flexible Protector Rubber Furniture Hydraulics, Pneumatics & Plumbing by James Roper

I've read reviews that other brands are the wrong size - not suitable for a specific pipe diameter. It is exactly as described. I am using 1 3/8 chain link fence rail for the antenna pole and need caps to keep water out of the pipes. The measured inside diameter of the pipe is 1 3/16 and the outside diameter is 1 5/16. These 1 1/4 caps have been stretched enough to easily fit 1 5/16 OD tubing. I believe they stand up to UV rays and the weather. The fit is perfect.
