Works just as good as the originals
Tiny sticks look and work just like the originals on my Xbox One controller. The underside (which you cannot see after installation) was different. The kit includes a T8 screwdriver, a micro Phillips screwdriver and a plastic spatula. Remove the handles, then remove four more T8 screws to remove the bezel. Then the chopsticks are simply removed and new ones attached.
