Good company, bad product.
My first fan worked for 10 seconds and then shut off. The second fan (spare) did the exact same thing. I'm a journeyman mechanic with 25 years experience and have hooked up hundreds of 12 volt fans. Haven't had any problems so far. But great customer service! Very quick replacement.
