The packaging was damaged in transit and the plastic packaging was avoided by factories. One is worn. They should be packed in a box, not a padded envelope. They replaced a set from a famous home goods store that didn't endorse their product. They work well and the LED is focused so you can see the salt fall. Great feature. Our other grinders worked upside down, which was more balanced. Oh, the grind is easily adjustable. The product is 4 stars but the packaging and shipping/shipping/handling was poor.
