I like that this is an affordable way to get quality service without paying out of pocket, or having to hire inhouse tech support personnel. Not many things, but if there are problems with our email system when we try to send emails from work, they just don't show up or sometimes never do at all. Sometimes these issues come back later so make sure to check frequently! Great option for clients who need someone in house but not willing to pay the cost of hiring full time employees (or who have multiple positions). I like how easy they are to work with. They have very good customer service reps that will get back to you immediately when issues arise or questions come up. The pricing is fair but could be more competitive in some areas. As of now we don’t see any problems. We haven’t had to call them about an issue yet so no complaints here either. It was nice being able to use one provider instead of having multiple providers under 1 roof which would make our IT department much larger than what we need.
