Review on Mid Blue πŸ’™ Red Heart Soft Yarn by Amy Mcleod

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Different weights in colors

This yarn feels very soft and silky. I like the brightness of the colors and the variety of colors. I ordered several colors and over time I had to buy more skeins, which made the temperature Afghan and I had no noticeable color differences. I will say that I have noticed that some colors are thicker or thinner than other colors. So far the 2 shades of green I've ordered are the thickest of the 6 colors I've used so far (picture attached). The knots in the strands are well done, I come across well and hide well in the work. I found 3 frayed spots in 5 strands I've used so far that are harder to hide in work (image attached). Overall I will continue to use this yarn for this and future projects. If you're looking for a polished end result, you'll need to do some cosmetic work and keep the use of a few different colors to a minimum.

Pros
